Rapid exit herringbone stall construction combines the cow comfort with a faster milking. The zigzag pipes enable the animals to stand in a position with 30° angle to milking pit. There are quick entry and exit doors for the animals. 120×120 mm main support posts are connected between two sides. Support posts at each stall carrying the back plates gives a robust construction. All connection fittings and clamps are galvanized. There are 2 galvanized ladders for the milker at two ends of the pit.
Fast exit doors swing up for easy and quick release of the cows. The chess bar is easily adjusted by telescopic structure on the exit doors.
Posts per place at the back of the cow serves as installation point for per place identification as well as entrance identification antennas.
The curb at the long sides of the pit can be supplied as hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel.
The pressurized pneumatic system will be used for the control of all of the entrance and exit doors. All the required pneumatic equipment including hoses, fittings, control valves, conditioners (lubrication-regulator) are included in the pack excluding the compressor and the airdryer.
All construction is completely demountable and hot-dip galvanized. The special flexible design can nearly fit to every milking parlor. The structure consists of a straight galvanized pipe having the diameter of 48 mm (1½”), cast fittings, yoke holders and zig-zag iron frames, 2 operator stairs, entrance and exit doors. Connections and construction type makes the product durable and robust.
The animals are placed in standing position with an angle of 30° or 60° to the milking pit. On each side, there are double parallel zigzag shaped pipes connected to each other with cast muffs. Galvanized pipes from wall to wall carry the construction and increase the durability. Galvanized back sheets exist at every stall. The space per animal is 115 cm at 30 degrees and 70 cm at 60 degrees stalls.
Classical herringbone type milking stalls on all capacities can be supplied and delivered. All the materials are hot-dip galvanized.
Gate cylinders: Exit and entrance gate controls via vacuum operated cylinders from every point in the pit is available. These vacuum operated cylinders do not need any extra compressor, connection to pulsator line in the pit of the milking system is enough to control the gates by directing valves.
Galvanized or stainless steel curb: Side sheet metals will be placed along the long side of the milking pit, in order to prevent the animals from sliding in the pit. The side sheet metals can be preferred as hot-dipped galvanized steel or stainless steel.
