We can divide wheat into winter and summer wheat. We can separate them (red and white wheat). Red wheat protein content is less than white wheat. Wheat is mostly used in poultry feeding after human feeding and noticeably in beef cattle. Since its destruction rate is high, it should be used carefully in dairy cows by mixing with other grains.
